I’m here to support women who feel lost after loss or a tough experience find themselves again, put their lives back together, find purpose and navigate life without their loved one. I teach skills to manage emotions and daily challenges.With extensive experience working with women in non-profit settings and at the Counseling and Mental Health Center at The University of Texas at Austin.
I provide a safe, validating environment for emotional healing.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my cats, baking, and cooking vegetarian food.
