I’m a therapist who meets women where they are in their healing process, providing a safe, validating, and supportive environment. I offer therapy for women seeking emotional well-being, peace of mind, and spiritual healing. I have extensive experience in therapy for women, helping them find themselves, overcome anxiety and depression, cope with grief and heal emotional wounds. My goal is to support you in living a life filled with joy, balance, and fulfillment through personalized grief therapy and trauma therapy. I gained my experience working with women at non-profit organizations and at the Counseling and Mental Health Center at The University of Texas at Austin.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my cats, baking, and cooking vegetarian food.
